Aziza Nuritdinova

Senior financial consultant, Horbach Expats/ExpatEase Co-Founder, Team Lead and Managing Partner at Horbach.

Aziza came to Germany in 2014 to pursue her Masters in Politics. After the graduation she started working at MUT-Project/DaMIgra eV to empower women-migrants through necessary guidance in Germany. In May 2019 joined Traineeprogramm with Horbach, and initiated the project financial planning for highly qualified migrants, which has grown to Horbach Expats in 2020. Since then built a team of ten consultants specializing and consulting Expats in multiple languages. In Oktober 2023 co-founded ExpatEase to broaden services for Expats.
