As the founder of “Munich Newcomer” in 2011, Susanne specialized in guiding individuals through the complexities of international relocation to Munich. Her expertise as a certified intercultural trainer extends to training expats and contributing to the integration of people with migration experience. 

In her role as a job application coach since 2014, Susanne has successfully worked in projects for the integration of women with a migration background into the labor market. She goes beyond the professional realm, assisting clients in securing their dream jobs.

In 2023, Susanne founded “New Roads” for Coaching and Training. Passionate about unlocking individuals' potential, Susanne employs a solution-oriented approach.
